Lisa Hylton is the Vice President of Finance at ResiShares and is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting for ResiShares. 

Prior to joining ResiShares, Lisa was an Associate Vice President at Ares Management, where she oversaw real estate private equity funds' finance and accounting, and played a crucial role in achieving operational excellence across multiple funds. 

Lisa started her career at PwC and spent 10 years auditing various Funds and financial services companies across the Cayman Islands, Boston and Los Angeles. 

Lisa graduated from the University of Georgia, with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
