Jim Adams serves as a Senior Technical Advisor to ResiShares, ensuring our position at the leading edge of technology and data management.

In addition to his role at ResiShares, Jim serves as an Advisor to multiple real estate and financial technology firms, including Earnnest, Zonda, and The Reserve Trust Company.

Prior to his advisory role, Jim served as the Chief Technical Officer of HouseCanary, the Director of the Mobile Shopping division for Amazon, and held engineering roles from Director to CTO of gaming companies Kixeye and CCP Games.

Jim spent over a decade in the public sector. As lead program manager for the Department of Defense, he worked on both the Kepler spacecraft and the Joint Strike Fighter programs. He started his career as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician for the US Navy.

Jim has a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado. He resides in Colorado, where he also serves as President of the Windship Foundation, a 501(3)(c) organization he founded that is dedicated to bringing veterans together through sport.
