Aaron is responsible for statistical research, application development, and data management. As data science is ResiShares’ lifeblood, Aaron contributes to our efforts in research, investment strategy, acquisitions, and operations.

Prior to joining ResiShares, Aaron spent two years as a data scientist for HouseCanary, working on automated valuation models and other single family valuation analytics. Aaron began his post-academic career as a data scientist with the Church Pension Group.

Aaron has a MS in Quantitative Ecology and a BS in Biology, both from the University of Colorado.
